October 25 to November 25, 2024, presents a significant opportunity for STEM ambassadors. This initiative aims not only to foster creativity and innovation among educators but also to enhance their pedagogical skills through the integration of digital teaching methodologies. By participating in this competition, teachers can gain access to valuable resources that will aid in the implementation of competency-based learning (CBL) and flipped learning pedagogy increasingly recognized for their effectiveness in engaging students.

The Regional STEM Hub Center in Kampong Cham is poised to offer essential technical support and counseling for interested teachers. This support is crucial as educators navigate the complexities of modern teaching environments where digital literacy is paramount. The insights provided by the STEM CPD Facilitators will empower teachers with the knowledge necessary to leverage technology effectively in their classrooms. Such professional development opportunities are vital for educators aiming to enhance student engagement through innovative teaching practices.

Moreover, participation in this campaign not only positions educators for potential prizes but also serves as a catalyst for professional growth. Engaging with digital tools and methodologies allows teachers to expand their understanding of contemporary educational practices while fostering an environment conducive to experiential learning. As evidenced by initiatives like NASA’s after-school program aimed at underserved communities, there is a growing recognition of the importance of equipping educators with robust resources that bridge gaps in STEM education.
