We are delighted to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the newly recognized STEM Ambassadors under the STEP UP CPD Training Program, July 2025. This marks not only a personal achievement for each teacher but also a significant step forward in strengthening STEM education in Cambodia.
Over the course of the training, teachers engaged in an intensive and transformative professional development journey. With great commitment and dedication, 80% of participating STEM teachers successfully completed the program. Their success has earned them official CPD Credits certified by the National Institute of Education (NIE) and EMCAST, trusted CPD providers working in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS).
This accomplishment reflects more than the awarding of certificates—it represents the teachers’ resilience, innovation, and readiness to serve as role models in their schools and communities. As STEM Ambassadors, they are now empowered to share knowledge, inspire colleagues, and drive impactful teaching practices that prepare students for the future.
The STEP UP Project remains committed to nurturing Cambodia’s teaching force through continuous professional growth. By integrating cutting-edge methods, blended learning approaches, and digital tools, the program ensures that teachers are well-equipped to guide students into a world where science, technology, engineering, and mathematics play an essential role.
Today, we celebrate the success of our teachers—not just as graduates of a training program, but as leaders and ambassadors who will STEP UP to shape the future of STEM education in Cambodia.
Once again, congratulations to all our new STEM Ambassadors!
