“Based on my previous experiences, I have noticed that my students become more engaged in their studies when they have access to interactive videos and other experimental materials. Additionally, they benefit from practice worksheets that are easy to complete, can be used anywhere, and help save time” (Nhoun Seyhak, personal communication, n.d.)

Although they have been trained in “Continuous Professional Development for Teachers in STEM Education” since 2023, STEM Ambassadors continue to apply their knowledge to practical teaching practices. This includes utilizing various teaching methods, leading students in experiments, and implementing the flipped classroom model.
Mr. Nhoun Seyhak, a science teacher at Khsach Sar High School in Takeo Province, noted in his report that he successfully implemented the flipped classroom model. He has thoroughly studied the curriculum before designing his lessons and preparing tests and assessment plans that focus on the expected outcomes. Notably, he creates concept videos for students to watch before coming to class. This preparation has encouraged students to engage with the lesson content in advance since he provides them with worksheets. Consequently, students have more time in class to analyze the material, explain concepts to their peers in small groups, and take on the role of explainers. They are no longer just passive listeners; instead, they are actively participating in their learning process
