EMCAST is preparing to launch the next phase of the STEP UP CPD program with an Online Teacher Community designed to strengthen peer learning, classroom application, and professional collaboration across STEM subjects.
The community will provide a sharing session with STEM teachers where teachers can:
- Exchange practical strategies and classroom experiences
- Explore student-centered and digital teaching approaches
- Engage in cross-school dialogue and peer support
- Access curated learning resources and light mentoring
Detailed schedules and content currently under planning include online sharing sessions, resource exchanges, and reflection-based activities. It aims to build a sustainable, practice-driven professional learning culture.
