We are pleased to announce that EMCAST has received official approval from the Teacher Development Department of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) in Cambodia to proceed with an API connection from the STTC platform to CPDMIS, allowing participants to self-request credits after successfully completing a training course on the STTC platform.
This initiative is designed to strengthen the efficiency and transparency of Cambodia’s teacher professional development system. Once implemented, the API connection will enable training records from EMCAST’s STTC platform to be seamlessly linked to the CPDMIS. As a result, teachers will be empowered to directly submit credit requests upon course completion, digitally and without administrative bottlenecks.
The system will minimize manual processes, ensure data accuracy, and provide real-time tracking of teacher training outcomes, while supporting the Ministry’s broader vision of digital transformation in the education sector.
We are currently coordinating the technical implementation procedures and aligning both platforms to ensure seamless communication and data security between STTC and CPDMIS. Also, this API connection will serve as a key milestone in promoting scalable, technology-driven solutions for teacher development in Cambodia.
