The STEPUP CPD team, alongside our dedicated national and international technical assistants and core trainers, has been working diligently to enhance the training manual content. With a strong focus on prioritizing the most critical lessons, we have actively participated in workshop activities to ensure that we are fully prepared to support Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for STEM teachers in our target schools.
This marks an exciting milestone as we enter the second phase of the STEPUP training for our candidate trainers. Having concluded insightful discussions on essential documents for training STEM educators, we are now moving forward with the next steps. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of national curriculum standards, engage in curriculum design, and develop dynamic and engaging lesson plans.
