Reflection Meeting to improve training Manual for STEPUP CPD

During the pilot phase of the previous training program, the STEPUP Continuing Professional Development (CPD) team undertook significant efforts to improve the training documents used for educating STEM teachers. Recognizing the importance of clarity and readability, the team made several enhancements to ensure that these documents were not only informative but also accessible to all participants. This revision process represents a crucial step in the journey toward effective teaching in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
