A total of 379 STEM Ambassadors, including 175 women, have successfully earned official CPD credits through the EMCAST STTC CPD program.
During the training, participating teachers designed and submitted lesson plans applying student-centered pedagogy and digital teaching resources. The CPDMO reviewed these practice-based outputs, teachersโ classroom application skills, then granted credit approval.
Following the approval, the credits will be registered in the Continuous Professional Development Management Information System (CPDMIS), enabling recording teachersโ career pathways.
EMCAST is very encouraging that teachers are now able to understand and practice student-centered education based on curriculum literacy, and that they are now receiving credit. ๐
Moving forward, EMCAST plans to continue building a future-ready teacher development, collaborating with CPDMO, the National Institute of Education, teacher education colleges and international development partners beyond 2026.
